Our Criteria
When considering a new client we look at some key criteria:
- a distinctive competitive advantage which could have a large impact on the market in which the company competes
- a rapidly growing or large, existing target market
- the ability to dominate a niche in this market
- revenue contracts or strong indications of those
- high short term growth potential
- a business plan that defines the business, its marketplace and its capital requirements
- a clear exit strategy for investors
- a strong management team with the relevant experience and leadership skills
These criteria are guidelines only as each project will be judged on its own individual merits
