Kingsmill Capital Partners was created to satisfy a financing niche that services developing companies looking for $500,000 to $10,000,000 in capital, a niche that we believe is highly under-serviced. In addition to funding, we help our clients to put together the missing pieces for their growth strategy, often involving going public. We have direct experience funding, managing and/or operating small companies that were on a high growth curve and required both the raising of capital and a public listing. Often, this is a path that is at best a trial-and-error, and at worst, a costly and sometimes debilitating process that can mean the difference between success and failure of Your company as it enters into its high-growth, high capital consumption phase of development.
