KCP launched a CPC advisory practice in order to service the growing interest in the program within Canada and globally. Accessing funds for small and emerging businesses in Canada is difficult at the best of times as is working through the onerous and expensive process of listing on the public markets. Kingsmill has extensive knowledge and experience in creating and listing CPC’s and the completion of qualifying transactions.
